Pumukli Terms and Conditions
The following terms and condition apply to orders placed with Pumukli website or other supply.
Product Information
All product description and photographs provided as accurately as possible. Please note that Pumukli products are made from vintage materials and all product measurements are approximate.
Information - Shipping & Returns
Orders
Orders are accepted if the product is currently in stock or the material to make the product is available. Pumukli products are made to order and once ordered every effort will be made to dispatch your goods within 14 days of ordering, please allow 28 days for delivery.
Liability
We take every care to ensure that the descriptions and photographs of our products on this site are correct, but due to variations in light and nature of digital image, the colour may vary on your computer monitor.
Delivery of products
Products will be delivered to the address stated at the time you order. Once the products have been delivered, they are your responsibility. If the products are damaged or defects upon arrival please let us know within three working days of receiving the product.
Duties
If you are ordering goods for delivery outside of the EU, please note that your purchase may be subject to import duties and taxes. We cannot predict what these charges will be; you will be liable for all customs clearance charges. You are not entitled to cancel your order on the basis of unforeseen duties or levies.
Refund/Return
Unfortunately as every bag is made to order and we can not offer a refund on the products unless faulty or incorrectly supplied to you. In such cases please contact us in writing explaining any damage in supply within 14 days of delivery. Prior to returning any products to us, please also telephone us and we will arrange for return of the goods.
Your right to cancel
you may cancel your order at any time within 7 working days, beginning on the day after you received the products. You will receive a full refund of the price paid for the products. To cancel an order you must contact us as soon as possible, and then we will advise on the next steps to take. Products you return to us are done so at your own cost. In order to receive a refund or exchange, the item(s) must be unworn and in perfect condition, with all labels attached and in the original packaging.
Return policy
Products returned to us will be examined on receipt, after which we will notify you of whether you are entitled to a refund. We will refund you using the same method you originally used to pay for your items. We will process the refund within 30 days of the day we received your returned products. Faulty products will be refunded in full, including delivery charges for sending the item to you and by you returning to us. If you are returning the goods to us under the "right to cancel" policy stated above, we will not refund your delivery costs.
Defective products
If no defect is found we reserve the right to charge for return carriage.

All content available on the Pumukli website and products are protected by UK and international laws and neither the content of Pumukli website or products may be exploited in full or in part for any purpose without our prior written consent.

All payment card processing takes place on our payment partner PayPal's secure server. We never see your complete payment card information when placing an order on our site.
